Everything you need to know about how your EpiqMinds hardware kit gets from us to your door.

Overview

Every EpiqMinds level includes a STEM-certified hardware kit shipped directly to your home. The kit is a core part of the program — your child cannot begin sessions without it. We take shipping seriously and aim to get every kit delivered well before your first session begins.

This policy covers kit shipping, delivery timelines, tracking, handling issues, and international orders. Please read it before enrolling so you know exactly what to expect.

Dispatch Timeline

Day 0
Enrollment Confirmed
Our team receives your enrollment form and contacts you within 24 hours to confirm your spot, answer questions, and collect payment. Kit preparation begins immediately upon payment confirmation.
1–2 Days
Kit Packed & Dispatched
Your Level 1 kit (MODRIX UL1) is packed with all 120+ components, the curriculum book, and quality-checked before dispatch. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.
3–7 Days
In Transit
The kit is in transit to your delivery address via our logistics partner. You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided. Delivery time varies by location — see the delivery zones table below.
Before Day 1
Kit Delivered — Sessions Begin
Once your kit arrives, your mentor will be notified and your first session will be scheduled. Your mentor will walk your child through an unboxing and component orientation in the first session — a great start to the EPIQ journey.

EpiqMinds is not liable for any additional charges levied by your country's customs authority. We recommend checking your local import duties before enrolling.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your kit is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A shipment confirmation email with your tracking number and the logistics partner name.
  • A WhatsApp message from our team with the same tracking details.

You can track your delivery directly on the logistics partner's website using your tracking number. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of your enrollment confirmation, please contact us at hello@epiqminds.com.

All components are quality-checked before dispatch. The curriculum book includes session-by-session build guides so your child knows exactly what to expect each day.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments

Damaged on arrival: If your kit arrives with damaged components, contact us at hello@epiqminds.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your name, order details, and photos of the damage. We will dispatch replacement components free of charge.
Missing components: Open your kit and check all components against the list in your curriculum book. If anything is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send the missing items at no extra cost.
Lost in transit: If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, or if your parcel has been in transit significantly beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us immediately at hello@epiqminds.com. We will investigate with the logistics partner and, if the shipment is confirmed lost, dispatch a replacement kit.
⚠️ Report issues within 7 days: We can only process damage or missing component claims if reported within 7 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking. Claims after this window may not be accepted.

Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Wrong address provided at enrollment: If the kit is shipped to an incorrect address due to a mistake in the enrollment form, re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Please double-check your delivery address before submitting the enrollment form.
Failed delivery attempts: If the delivery is attempted but fails (no one home, inaccessible location), the logistics partner will typically hold the parcel and attempt re-delivery. Follow the instructions on your tracking notification. If the parcel is returned to us, re-shipping charges will apply.
Address change after dispatch: Once the kit has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address. Please ensure your address is correct before enrollment is confirmed.

How to Report a Shipping Issue

Include your full name, child's name, enrollment date, tracking number, and a clear description of the issue. If damage is involved, attach photos.

Our team responds within 24 hours
We will confirm receipt of your report and begin investigating or processing your replacement request immediately.

Replacement dispatched
For confirmed issues, replacement components or a full kit are dispatched within 2–3 business days of confirmation.
